Lastly, take the black lipstick and put it on the top lip only and you’re done! It’s literally that easy! Throw on your cat ears and you’re ready to go. - Black eyeliner
- Concealer
- Black costume makeup

- False lashes (optional)
There are many very different sugar skull looks you can do that range in difficulty level. However, we will be detailing how to do a very simple sugar skull look. First, do your face makeup how you would normally, however, use the grey eyeshadow to contour your cheekbones. Next, apply the dark navy eyeshadow on eyelids, creases, and under the eye to create a sunken look. Line waterlines with the black eyeliner and apply false lashes for more drama if you wish. Next, apply the concealer on your lips and then, keeping them closed, use the black gel eyeliner to draw vertical lines across both lips. Lastly, paint the tip of your nose with the black costume makeup and you’re done! The easiest sugar skull makeup you can easily complete if you’re in a rush!
3. Cute Giraffe
What you will need:
- Brown eyeshadow
- Burnt orange eyeshadow
- Gold shimmer pigment
- Black liquid eyeliner
- False lashes (optional)
- Nude lipstick
- Multiple triangular makeup brushes (at least three)
- Scissors
- Dark foundation (a few shades darker than what you normally use)
This makeup look is also very simple and can be easily achieved by a beginner. First, you will need to line the crease of your eye with a brown eyeshadow, starting from the inside corner. When you get to the outside corner, begin to make a cat-eye effect. Next, blend the burnt orange eyeshadow into the crease of your eye. Next, add a gold shimmer pigment to the top of your eyelid. Next, Line your bottom lashes with the same brown shadow you used earlier. After that, use black liquid liner to line your top lid and create a cat-eye. If you really want to make your eyes pop, try using false lashes for that dramatic effect. Lastly, apply a nude color to your lips to complete the look. Now let’s get started on the giraffe spots. Take the triangular makeup brushes and cut them into different sizes to make the pattern. Dip your sponges into a darker foundation color and stamp onto your skin starting on your forehead and working your way down to your neck. Lastly, sprinkle the same gold shimmer pigment from before onto the spots to really make them shine and you’re done! Use the picture below as a guide and some inspiration for your look!

- Shimmery aqua/green colored eyeliner

The mermaid look is another classic that you can’t go wrong with at any Halloween party. The key to this look is glitter, glitter, glitter!! The more shimmer and shine, the better! First, you will need to do your face makeup just like you normally would. Next, begin your eyes with the copper eyeshadow, using different tones to create a smoky eye. Take the aqua colored eyeliner and line the top and bottom lashes, blending into the copper tones. Use the blue lipstick for the lips following that with the loose shimmer pigment or glitter for a sparkly effect. Now for the mermaid scales. Take the fishnet tights and carefully place them over your head and hold tight so they will not move. Take the aqua colored eyeshadow and carefully use the fishnets as a template for the shadow, placing it along your forehead and cheeks. Lastly, go over the scales with the shimmer pigment so they will shine and you’re done!
5. Spooky Zombie Bride

- Red lipstick
- Black lipstick
Finally, we have the zombie bride! This look is the perfect combination of scary and sexy and is very easy to complete. First, use the white face makeup all over the face applying with a sponge, avoiding the eye area. Next, lightly contour your cheekbones and the sides of your forehead with the grey eyeshadow, creating a hallow effect. Next, take the plum eyeshadow and apply to your eye from the inner corner down, using a blending brush. Also, apply that to the under eye area and lash line to really create that dead look. Using the same color, apply it to the upper inner crease, creating a full “C shape” at the inner corners of the eyes. Next, blend the black and brown eyeshadow and apply it under the lash line, the inner corner into the crease, and the under eye area using a smudge brush. Next, take the same color and apply it to the upper inner corner and into the front of the brow to add depth. Next, cover your lips with the same white face makeup and use the red lipstick all over the lips. Lastly, take the black lipstick and put it in the center of the lips, covering the red and you’re done!
